University of Detroit Mercy                                                                              The numbers are in for year two of our intensive marketing and student recruitment engagement with Lipman Hearne, and the partnership is really paying off. UDM's overall full-time enrollment is up 9% over last fall, the biggest one-year increase in UDM history. Our new freshman enrollment, up 34% over last year, constitutes the second largest class in UDM history.  In addition, we experienced a full one-point increase in our average ACT score over last fall. Our overall new full-time student number grew by 31%. The 1,052 total new full-time students are the largest in nine years.  We have also reached 56% full-time enrollment-the first time in UDM history that full-time students are the majority. Clearly these numbers represent very positive results; everyone is very pleased and looks forward to our continued relationship with Lipman Hearne to achieve even greater success in the future.
