To pay tribute to the victims, survivors, and heroes of 9/11, a team from the Lipman Hearne Washington DC office spent a day volunteering at the HandsOn Greater DC Cares 9/11 Day of Service event. Our team was put to work at Burrville Elementary School, a PK-5 school in DC’s Fairmount Heights neighborhood. By cleaning and organizing both the inside and outside of the school, we provided a safe and revitalized learning environment for students.
On the 10-year anniversary of 9/11, we were proud to honor those touched by the attacks. And, we’re proud to continue to fulfill our commitment to education. To see photos and to learn more about our day of service, visit our blog.
