At Lipman Hearne, we partner with our clients to attack the issues within education from a number of fronts. We’re proud to provide overall communications strategy and public relations in support of Digital Learning Day, a nationwide event that highlights innovative teaching and learning through digital media and technology.

February 1, 2012 marks the kick off for what Lipman Hearne’s client, the Alliance for Excellent Education, hopes will be an annual education event focused on improving student outcomes through technology. From web apps, to 3-D animations, to Web 2.0 tools, to webcasts, educators and students nationwide will be embracing the fusion of technology and education during this day-long celebration.

Throughout the event planning, Lipman Hearne has supported and built awareness for Digital Learning Day. Our deep understanding for education and our connections to the media helped to secure news anchor Leon Harris as the Town Hall moderator for the event. And just this week, our aggressive local and national media outreach landed the New York Times article Celebrate Digital Learning Day with 40 Years of New York Times Edtech Reporting.
