Nancy Levner has provided communications strategy and creative management for more than one hundred institutions nationwide in health care, social services, education, and the arts. Her particular expertise is communications in support of capital campaigns and other fundraising efforts.
Among clients she has served are the Smithsonian Institution, Duke University, Mayo Clinic, Indiana University School of Medicine, Vanderbilt University, the Field Museum, Metropolitan Family Services, the University of Chicago, Washington National Cathedral, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and the Jewish United Fund. Nancy also works with major philanthropic organizations, including The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, for which she manages a comprehensive communications program.
Nancy has an extensive background in institutional marketing. Her previous experience includes five years as director of communications at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago and seven years as director of publications at the University of Chicago.
Nancy holds a degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin.
