Dina Kaldi is an international management communications leader specializing in media relations, internal communications, public relations, marketing, and business strategy. She has worked extensively throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, advising Ministers and Director Generals on media monitoring, news gathering, content technical delivery, and dissemination of information. Dina also served on a European study addressing immigration issues in Germany and negotiated with UNESCO and like-minded institutions on a wide range of projects. She is fluent in Arabic, and her regional and cultural expertise has aided many firms to penetrate untapped markets and communicate with their audience.

Dina began her career as a TV Producer/Director in London before joining United Press International (UPI) as Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She led UPI’s internal and external transformation which included re-launching the brand through a focused outreach and marketing campaign conducted in-house, the introduction of new services and procedures, expanding the firm’s client portfolio and restructuring regional headquarters. Prior to joining Lipman Hearne, Dina served as senior strategist for a UK based broadcast group with sole responsibly for brand extension, business development and marketing.

Dina co-founded Women in Business International, a United Kingdom Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) initiative to increase bilateral trade between the UK and the Middle East. The initiative was eventually privatized and Dina became one of three partners. She currently serves as business editor for Hia magazine, the first Arabic glossy magazine with worldwide distribution to offer dedicated business pages to women.

She is regularly invited to speak at events and conferences, and has shared her insights with world leaders including the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, the former President of Mauritius, and Queen Rania of Jordan. She is a Highest Honors postgraduate from Thames Valley University (London), specializing in media and communications. Dina is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Communications and International Relations.
