Donna’s 25 years of experience in research marketing—designing and conducting hundreds of quantitative and qualitative studies involving thousands of client constituents—ensures she will never lose sight of what matters: validating and sharing your story in ways that engage your audiences.
Donna has presented at dozens of conferences, including the American Marketing Association, CASE, and the American Psychological Association. Her Ph.D. is from Loyola University Chicago, where she taught psychology, and her MBA is from Northwestern University, where she taught research methods in marketing.
