The University of Wisconsin Foundation (UWF) set an audacious goal: to double the gifts to priority funds in its annual campaign—from $5 million to $10 million. To accomplish this stretch goal, the UWF team partnered with Lipman Hearne to break out of a business-as-usual website and communications. Working quickly, we developed an innovative, dynamic platform of immersive digital experiences that mapped to a direct marketing campaign (print and digital) for the annual giving season, September through December. The campaign beat its goal and created an enduring annual framework.
